UFIXX CLEAR COAT WATER REPELLENT WATERPROOF BRICK SHIELD 1L / 5L

A water-based waterproofing agent. It is a colourless, clear liquid. The active compound of clear coat brick shield penetrates into the pores of concrete, mortar, precast concrete slab, slate, brick tile, masonry, timber, etc.

Water Guard prevents water absorption, algae growth, efflorescence and also UV resistant.

* Walls



SURFACE PREPARATION:

Surface must be dry, clean and free from dirt, grease and efflorescence.



COVERAGE:

Approximately 7-10 sq.m per liners, depending on the substrate surface.



DIRECTION FOR USE:

Apply with brush, roller or spray. Water Guard is a ready-to-use liquid. **Do not mix with any foreign material or thin with solvent**. Under normal conditions, 2 coats are sufficient. However, on heavy-duty area, 3 coats are recommended.
